Travel insurance is now regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority, (FSA). best-uk-insurance.co.uk and our sister company cheaptravelinsurance.com is a division of Grovelawn Insurance Services Limited which is an appointed representative of Grovelawn Limited which is directly regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Authority Registration Number 314204. This can be checked on the FSA Register.
Through regulation the FSA has brought about certain rules that travel insurance companies must adhere to and that we must have processes in place to ensure that we handle the following in a compliant manner:-
- Correct promotion of our insurance products to ensure that it is not misleading on our websiter or through our policy documents.
- Deal with complaints in a fast and efficient manner to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Treating customers fairly
- Recruit, supervise and train our staff fully understanding the products sold.
