Best ski insurance is fully committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.

Best ski insurance and club direct are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner and are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act of 1998 came into force on 1 March 2000.

Club Direct will only collect, process and review the personal information which we request from you in order to provide you with the insurance quotations you have requested and to determine whether you meet the criteria of the insurance product which you have selected.

Club Direct and best ski insurance will not pass your details to any third party that does not either require them for the purpose of processing your insurance product or have a legal right to request access to such data (e.g. Police and Fraud investigators).
